Entry Fees
Early Bird entries open on Sunday, February 1st 2026

Early Bird Entry Fee for the main event will be $8,990.00, rising to $9,490.00 after the close of early entries.

Early Bird Entry fee for the Regularity Event will be $6,990.00, rising to $7,300.00 after the close of early entries.
The Process

The first step is to register your interest below so that we can:

Keep you informed of all the latest news as it becomes available.

Send you the Supplementary Regulations as soon as they are approved and published.

Give you the opportunity to enter the event before we open entries to the general public.

Securing an entry into the event*
On registration, you will be asked to pay a deposit of $1000+ gst, which is not refundable but will go towards the total amount of the entry fee when you enter.

The second step is to submit your entry when they open to take advantage of the Early Bird price.
Supplementary Regulations are in the process of being finalised and submitted to Motorsport Australia, and we hope to publish as soon as we can.
In some locations Accommodation has been pre booked for entrants. Upon registering you will be contacted to discuss your accommodation requirements

The Event will be offering extra support for competitors, pre-event and during the event where required.
These include but are not limited to:

International and Interstate Support
- Pre- Ordering Tyres and having them available on event
- Pre Paid Meals for all Team Members (Excluding Dinners)
- Spare Parts and Baggage Transport
- Day Tours for Partners (Spectator Points and Local tourism areas)
- Accommodation for all Team Members (Organisers have booked all accommodation in Quorn to Maximise Rooms/Beds. Camping through to 4+ Star accommodation is available)

The Event is offering naming rights to stages up to 30km in length. The sponsorship goes towards supporting officials who volunteer their time on the event. The Investment of $1995 includes:
